The company is engaged in manufacturing and purchasing meat products. It was founded in 1950, and has its registered business office strategically located in Barbastro, Spain. It manufacturers of products made from pork. The products it offers include Paleta Serrano Ham and bone mountain (Serrano Ham Gran Reserva, Serrano Ham Book, Serrano Ham Book No Foot, Serrano Ham Bodega, and Paleta Serrana Book); Boneless Ham and Shoulder; Sliced meat (curated palette, extra sausage, chorizo, and stuffed loin); backs, headboards and sausages (headboard cured pepper, headboard paprika sausage, secallona, and fuet). Furthermore, the company produces more than 500, 000 hams and 700,000 kilograms of sausage and salami annually.
